Registration Fees and Benefits

Advance Registration Deadline:  February 18 at midnight 14 February, 2024 (Authors MUST register by this date)

Virtual Conference Dates: 15-17 March, 2024

In-Person Conference Dates: 20-24 March, 2024

Registration Policies

  • Students that want to submit a paper as single authors must register at the author rate, independently of their student status
  • For papers with multiple authors, at least one author must register using the author rate and the other authors could use the non-author (attendee) pricing or student pricing if students
  • An author, can register up to 3 papers under the same registration
  • Companion Tickets are only for spouses of already registered attendees
  • Authors can be non-IEEE members
  • A paper must be presented at the conference to be published in IEEE Xplore
  • Students registering at the student rate must be IEEE members. This conference does not allow non-IEEE students to register. IEEE student membership information can be found at https://www.ieee.org/membership/join/index.html

Authors In-person Full Conference: Chose this registration if you are planning to present your paper in person at the conference. This registration includes publication costs, access to all conference activities (workshops are not included), conference proceedings and virtual presentations. Meals include Friday and Saturday Breakfast, Friday and Saturday Lunch, Welcome Reception and Awards Banquet.

Authors Virtual Conference: Chose this registration if you are planning to present your paper at the Virtual Conference. This registration includes publication costs, and access to all virtual presentations and conference proceedings. Meals are not included.

Non-Author In-person Full Conference: Chose this registration if you are planning to attend the conference in-person and are not presenting a paper. This registration includes access to all conference activities (workshops are not included), conference proceedings and virtual presentations. Meals include Friday and Saturday Breakfast, Friday and Saturday Lunch, Welcome Reception and Awards Banquet.

Non-Author Virtual Conference: Chose this registration if you are planning to attend the virtual conference and are not presenting a paper. This registration includes access to all virtual presentations and conference proceedings. Meals are not included.

Region 3 Attendee: ONLY FOR SELECTED Region 3 VOLUNTEERS / NOT FOR AUTHORS – Chose this registration if you are attending as a Region 3 Volunteer (Authors should choose author option). Meals include Friday, Saturday and Sunday Breakfast, Friday and Saturday Lunch, Welcome Reception and Awards Banquet.

Students and Life Members: NOT FOR AUTHORS – Chose this registration if you are attending as a Student or Life Member. This registration includes all benefits of Non-Author Full Conference category but not the same meals allocation. This year, MEALS FOR THIS CATEGORY ONLY INCLUDE THE AWARD BANQUET. Additional meals are available for purchase during registration or at the conference. Also, workshops are not included in the registration. This decision was made to lower the conference’s entry cost to students.

Companion Tickets: Chose this registration if you are a companion of a conference participant . Meals include two Breakfasts, Welcome Reception and the Award Banquet.
